Raytheon is the prime contractor on the Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) program, a 10-year, $11.2 billion contract with the U.S. Army. To execute this world-wide program, Raytheon leads the Warrior Training Alliance, a team of more than 160 companies, including more than 140 small businesses, that provides comprehensive and affordable training solutions and services in the live, virtual and constructive training arenas. We also maintain, operate and sustain more than 250,000 training aids, devices, simulations and simulators. We’ve also successfully provided a fully integrated solution on Army TADSS maintenance, operations and sustainment across live, virtual and constructive domains. We created a Total Life-Cycle Systems Management System with mobile device integration by combining the best elements of our Automated Toolset for Lifecycle Activities and Services Management Information System and our teammates’ Full Spectrum Asset Management and Data Analytics capabilities. We can track more than 30 million spares and repairs around the world. Since 2008, we’ve saved the US Army $400M on training sustainment costs.

Raytheon partnered with the U.S. Army Europe to develop new Connected Training Capabilties. In a resource-constrained environment, faced with a real-world challenge, Raytheon created two new systems that blend virtual, live (including live-fire), and constructive training into a huge simulated training environment that can literally span the globe. The system can replicate Combat Training Center capabilities while also extending the boundaries of one. It allows scenarios to be written that train units together in the same virtual battle space, even though they may be thousands of kilometers apart. The current system has up to three additional training locations and can train with up to 100,000 live and simulated trainers.
